EVERY CLASS HAS A FOCUS POINT

Every class you join is exactly what it says it is, a full Ashtanga class, a full Vinyasa flow, a full Pilates session. But here's the depth.

Here's the depth

Each class also carries a little extra, a focal point you build towards over five sessions. Making it not just another class, but a clear structured journey.

Same Class Different Journey

1
Introduce

We introduce the key posture, flow, or focus for this journey. The starting point for everything that follows.

2
Build

We revisit and build on the area we've focused on. Small, steady progress that actually works.

3
Deepen

As understanding becomes clearer, we push the boundaries a little further, at a pace that still feels right.

4
Weave

We bring what we've worked on together, starting to see the parts come together as the whole.

5
Explore

We explore the journey from start to finish, where we've come from, where we are now, and what's next.

Structure = Improvement

You are unique, and so is your Journey

This is the spirit of the 'Lone Wolf'

If your ready, lets go.

Yoga Classes

"This place is such a vibe. Class content is excellent and taught in a very relaxed, attentive and easy going manner which suits me. I teach yoga but never have the chance to go anywhere for personal practice. I found it by luck and felt it was fate. I'm very grateful this studio is near me, it's a beautiful space."

WHAT YOGA CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE?

This Weeks Timetable

EXPERT GUIDANCE. EACH CLASS WORKING TO AN OUTCOME.

Each class is exactly what it says it is. Right now, each one also carries a five-week thread, woven through each class.

Earth

Grounded, stable, building from the foundations up.

Water

Flowing, releasing, working with patience rather than force.

Fire

Heat, strength, and discipline built through repetition.

Air

Light, clear, focused on awareness and ease.

Space

Stillness, opening, that expands awareness.

Every class at Lone Wolf Vision sits within one of these five elements, the framework underneath everything we teach.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow

Annis · Tuesday 6pm

A dynamic, breath-led flow linking movement together. Builds heat, strength, and a sense of momentum, rooted in Fire and Water.

A five-week build to crow. Wrists and core, strength, the lean, the lift, then the full pose. Woven through a complete vinyasa flow.

Book →
Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement

Julie · Tuesday 11am

A gentle, accessible class focused on awareness and ease of movement, light, clear, and rooted in Air. Suited to anyone wanting to reconnect with their body without pressure.

The Agile Aging Flow integrates strength, alignment, mobility and balance into one practice, and develops proprioception, your body's sense of where it is and how it moves in space. That awareness is what makes balance feel reliable rather than lucky. Woven through Julie's gentle, breath-led Mindful Movement class.

Book →
Pilates

Pilates

Katie · Monday 7:15pm

Controlled, precise movement focused on core strength and posture, an Earth practice in how your body actually moves through daily life.

Most back problems aren't about the back. They're about what surrounds it. Three weeks of Body Intelligence Pilates building the core strength, hip strength and mobility that keeps the lower back working the way it should. Calm, methodical, all levels.

Book →
Restorative

Restorative

Stephen · Friday 6pm

A slow, supported practice designed for full physical recovery, sitting in Space. Long, gentle creative flows and holds that let the body unwind at the end of the week.

A rolling physical-recovery flow, hips, spine, shoulders, full body, then integration, repeating on a five-week cycle.

Book →
Ashtanga

Ashtanga

Stephen · Monday 6pm

A structured, disciplined practice following the traditional Ashtanga sequence. Builds strength and heat, pure Fire, through repetition.

Five weeks opening the shoulders and upper back, then layering the sequence's binds on top, Marichyasana through to Pasasana.

Book →
Stability & Flow

Stability & Flow

Julie · Thursday 6pm

A balanced class combining steady, grounded postures with flowing movement, the meeting point of Earth and Water.

Move from standing to the floor and back again, breathing with real length and ease. Five weeks building a flowing Sun Salutation variation that lifts your energy, opens the body and leaves you feeling the spark. Strength and flexibility, woven through Julie's full Stability & Flow class.

Book →
Yin

Yin

Stephen · Wednesday 6pm (alternate weeks)

Slow, held postures that work deep into connective tissue, a Water practice that asks for patience rather than effort.

Five weeks of long holds through hips and spine, outer hip to inner hip, lower spine to upper spine, finishing in full integration.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What should I wear?
Anything you can move comfortably in. Leggings or loose trousers and a t-shirt are perfect. No need for anything specialist, and you don't need to worry about looking the part.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No. Mats and any equipment you need are provided. Just bring yourself and a water bottle.
Where do I park, and how do I find the studio?
There's parking on site at Ushaw Historic House. Once you book you will be sent an email showing you a video of where the studio is located, if you are stuck message us on arrival (07399008228) and we'll show you. We'd always rather you ask than worry about getting lost.
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before your class is plenty, especially for your first time. It gives you a chance to settle in, meet your teacher, and find your space without rushing.
What if I'm late, or need to cancel?
Out of respect for everyone else in the room, we ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in before we start. If you're running a couple of minutes behind, just let us know, but beyond 3-5 minutes we'd ask you to wait for the next class so we don't disrupt others. If it's your first time, come 15 minutes early so you've got time to find the studio within the Ushaw grounds and fill out a health questionairre.
