My weekly classes have become a highlight of my week and I always leave each one feeling calmer, happier, reenergised, and hugely motivated.

Fantastic knowledge of the body, how to unlock potential and achieve things you didn't think you could. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for making me feel welcome, dropping my anxiety levels and pushing me out of my comfort zone.
It’s now part of my weekly regime!

What does it feel like?

Top Tip
Discomfort is information, not a target. Use props, stay relaxed, and aim for steady breathing rather than “pushing”.
